Sprinklers
As per NFPA-25, we test and inspect fire sprinkler systems once a year, and conduct inspections on a weekly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis as needed. We also provide a thorough inspection report with recommendations and a list of issues.

Alarm
Installation of both new and retrofit fire alarm systems. As per CAN/ULC-S536, we test and examine the fire alarm system once a year. We provide a thorough inspection report with recommendations and a list of issues.
Fire Extinguishers
Installing new cabinets, accessories, and fire extinguishers. As mandated by NFPA-10, we inspect fire extinguishers once a year. In our authorized extinguisher shop, extinguishers are recharged and hydrostatically tested as needed. maintenance on cartridge-operated, wheeled unit type, stored pressure, and extinguisher types.

Hoses
Installation of new standpipes that supply fire department hose connectors. As required by NFPA-25 and NFPA-1962, we test and check building fire hoses and standpipe systems once a year. Every five years, standpipes should undergo hydrostatic or flow testing, depending on the requirements.

Pumps
As directed by NFPA-20, we test and inspect fire pumps once a year. We conduct a fire pump flow test once a year, and we plan your fire pump run and/or maintenance, if necessary, on a weekly or monthly basis.
Backflow Prevention
New backflow protection devices installed in accordance with Edmonton Bylaw #17698. We conduct yearly testing and inspections for the DCVA and RP devices in the building, and a yearly specific gravity test on glycol loops.
Emergency Lighting
Installing updated or new emergency lighting. Every year, we test and inspect the exit and emergency lighting systems. We also provide a thorough inspection report with recommendations and a list of issues. If applicable, affix a certification to the equipment and tag it.
Fire
Hydrants
As directed by NFPA-291, flush and maintain fire hydrants once a year. We conduct routine visual examinations of the apparatus.
Kitchen Suppression
New pre-engineered Range Guard kitchen suppression systems should be provided and installed. As directed by NFPA-17A, we test and inspect kitchen systems every two years.
